In Flight Simulator X, for the Beachcraft Baron 58 g1000…?

In Flight Simulator X, for the Beachcraft Baron 58 g1000, the FMS toggle button will not do anything while i’m flying the baron 58 g1000. For example when i want to select a approach procedure, and want to pick a certain runway, it won’t do anything.?? Why is this happening? any help?

The default aircraft don’t have flight management systems (FMS), and I would be very wary of the functionality of the G1000 as well, since Flight Simulator has traditionally simplified the GPS units it simulates greatly.

If you want good accuracy, you have to buy add-on aircraft and instruments. Reality XP makes Garmin units that are based on Garmin’s own simulation software and are so accurate that you can use the real-world manual to operate them.
